These conditions govern bookings made with Hotel Arturo, whether via the website, by telephone, by email or through any other contact channel provided by the establishment.
By making a booking with Hotel Arturo, the guest accepts these conditions. It is recommended that they be read carefully before confirming any booking.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made via the website, by telephone or by email.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Arturo. A request for information or a quote, including group requests, does not automatically confirm the reservation.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once the hotel has expressly communicated this to the guest and, where applicable, the corresponding payment or deposit has been made.
2. Payment
To secure the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking may be required.
The remaining balance is payable at check-in, unless other arrangements have been made with the hotel.
Hotel Arturo accepts major credit cards, bank transfers and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions, unless specific conditions have been agreed in writing with the hotel:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival may result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival may result in a charge of the total cost of the booking.
For group bookings, special rates, specific seasons or individually agreed terms, specific cancellation conditions may apply, which will be communicated to the client at the time of booking or quotation.
4. No-show
In the event that the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date and has not previously notified the hotel of the cancellation or modification of the booking, Hotel Arturo may charge the full cost of the reservation.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00.
Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out must be made before 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out may be available on request, is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests undertake to behave responsibly and to respect the hotel’s facilities, staff and other guests.
Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel’s facilities, furniture, equipment or other items may be claimed for as appropriate.
Guests must also comply with the safety regulations and instructions provided by hotel staff.
7. Personal belongings
Hotel Arturo is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings, except where legally liable.
Guests are advised to keep an eye on their personal belongings and, if necessary, to take out appropriate travel insurance.
8. Group Bookings
Group bookings may be subject to specific conditions regarding availability, quotation, payment, cancellation, room allocation, catering services or other particular requirements.
These conditions will be communicated to the client in the relevant personalised quote or proposal.
9. Privacy
Personal data provided during the enquiry, quote or booking process will be processed in accordance with Hotel Arturo’s Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to the terms and conditions
Hotel Arturo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary.
The terms and conditions applicable to each booking will be those in force at the time of its confirmation, unless specific terms have been agreed with the customer.
11. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute arising from the booking or the provision of services, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with applicable regulations.
